• Overview

  Pros: Urotsuki is a very street smart girl who understands the hard life: she is able to negotiate with ne'er-do-wells, con, and detect when others are trying to con her. Due to her being a teenager, she is capable of driving with some idea of what she's doing, unlike the child characters. But where Urotsuki really shines is in the battlefield, able to manage hand-to-hand, she fights at her best when armed with her chainsaw or other heavy weapons, having 5-point mastery of Heavy Weapons. She is capable of completely mutilating adversaries, and with her high amount of willpower she is able to leave crippling permanent wounds.
  
  Cons: She cannot swim. She is mentally unstable, and also not very book savvy. Urotsuki is also among the slowest of characters if not the slowest. To put it simply: Urotsuki is a hulking berserker. She should not be used to deduce evidence unless it's tied to the ghetto. Again, she is very slow and the most likely to be caught during a chase. Because of her instability, she requires medication to keep her calm in times of crisis.

• Specializations

  • *Unstable Mind: Your first instinct is to run TOWARDS chasers. You cannot run away until you have taken damage once.
    
  • Heavy Sleeper: Fully restores health when resting without need for a recovery die.
    
  • Never say die!: Using a point of Willpower after receiving Wound Penalties allows you to push beyond mortal limits. Rather than +3, you can declare you're using this merit and obtain a +6 Modifier bonus to your roll during combat/chase scenes. However, using this merit reduces your integrity by one.
